Immigrant Food a new concept in Washington, DC is looking for one Sous Chef to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Our menu is created by award-winning Executive Chef Enrique Limardo, and Chef Mile Montezuma.
Working as the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the successful operation of our new concept and location in downtown D.C. You will assist in the supervision, preparation, and execution of various menu items, developing daily menu items and their preparation and garnishment. You will supervise hourly associates and you work with the Executive Chef/Chef to develop new menus and assist with ordering. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial Culinary professional.
