LHH is Hiring a Human Resources Generalist Near Vancouver, WA

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Onsite Vancouver, Washington

Type: Contract (1-month duration)

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week with a flexible schedule)

Pay: $32-$37 per hour

Industry: Non-Profit

Job Summary:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our Non-Profit client's team on a one-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of human resources functions including but not limited to employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Conduct employee onboardings.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Maintain employee files and records in the HRIS.
  • Guide on employee relations matters.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or relevant human resources position.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree in HR or Business preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
