The Opportunity: Sales Development Representative (Tampa Area - Required)

I am looking to hire 3 Sales Development Representative's based in the vibrant Tampa area, you will be at the forefront of Spectro Cloud’s expansion, driving growth and paving the way for new business opportunities. Your role will be critical in identifying and nurturing potential clients, setting the stage for transformative Kubernetes solutions that meet their unique needs. Start date will be June 3, 2024

What You Will Do
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with our core audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the Kubernetes and cloud computing landscape.
  • Nurture leads through the initial stages of the sales funnel, preparing them for deeper engagement with our technical sales teams.
  • Represent Spectro Cloud at industry events and conferences, enhancing our brand presence in the Tampa market and beyond.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions, enabling you to articulate their value proposition clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and strategies.
  • Meet monthly quotas and daily KPIs, including a minimum of 75 calls per day.
About You

You are a dynamic, motivated individual with a passion for technology and sales. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to connect with diverse audiences and convey complex ideas with clarity. You thrive in fast-paced environments, embracing challenges and seizing opportunities for growth and development.

With a proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the technology sector, you are ready to take the next step in your career. Your familiarity with Kubernetes or cloud computing technologies, while not required, will be a significant advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
