Hoxton Circle is partnering with a high growth private investment firm on a critical role: Director of FP&A. The group is a multi-strategy firm (PE, VC, Hedge Fund) that has grown a tremendous amount over the past 5 years by AUM and footprint, and leads a portfolio of subsidiaries and businesses across Tech, Healthcare, Engineering, and Manufacturing.

What you'll do:

• Lead FP&A
• Advise the portfolio company leadership with insights, data, and ideas to fuel growth
• Assess internal initiatives for better capital allocation.
• Work with the entire c-suite of on firm wide strategy - high exposure & highly strategic

Who you are:

• 5 years of progressive finance experience leading FP&A
• Background in complex, matrixed organizations and operationally complex business models.
• Strategic business partner with A storytelling skills.
• Background in private equity preferred but not required

Compensation: base salary range from $175,000 - $230,000 20-25% cash bonus
