Position Purpose:
Person filling this role will be responsible for driving the rollout of enterprise efforts. They will be working cross functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure excellence in execution of pilots, expansions, and national initiatives.
Examples include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Building documentation to support the rollout of new programs.
- Developing onboarding for existing and newly developed roles; including learning support as needed.
- Create and maintain dashboards for the field and SSC teams to track progress of these rollouts.
- Monitor feedback from field partners, catalog it, and manage follow-up with appropriate business partners to ensure resolution.
Must Have:
- Corporate Project management experience
- Microsoft office
- Excel - Vlookup's, Pivot tables, reporting
- Smart sheets
