Tallavera is currently seeking a Registered Dietician in Rochester, NY. Preferred candidates for the Registered Dietician position will have 1 year of experience in a similar role. The Registered Dietician will be responsible for providing specialized nutritional support to patients.
Responsibilities of the Registered Dietitian:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients.
- Ensure adherence to Nutrition Support policies and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on therapeutic diets and general nutrition.
- Monitor progress and document interventions.
- Participate in team discussions to promote collaboration and manage implementations effectively.
Requirements of the Registered Dietitian:
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field.
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), or attain certification within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities, proficient computer skills, and effective communication capabilities.
