Summary:
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract, assess, and hire top-performing outside sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring sales talent, as well as a deep understanding of the outside sales industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract, assess, and hire top-performing outside sales professionals
- Manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, sales leaders, and human resources
- Develop and implement effective recruiting programs and initiatives
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
- Make hiring recommendations to hiring managers
- Onboard new hires and ensure they are set up for success
- Track and measure recruiting metrics and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on outside sales
- Management experience
- Proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring top-performing sales professionals
- Deep understanding of the outside sales industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
