Join ETC as a Benefits Analyst to help us deliver technical excellence and outstanding customer service in a team environment, where each member radiates our core values of integrity, excellence, collaboration, innovation, and passion. Our corporate office is located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and Richardson, TX specifically. This opportunity is for someone to work in the DFW area as a hybrid schedule coming into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays to work, attend meetings and events.

Job Summary:

As a Benefits Analyst, you will oversee and administer various employee benefits, including retirement savings, disability coverage and life/health insurance programs. Working with the Sr. Payroll Manager, you will learn more about benefits and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist employees with open enrollment and onboarding regarding new hire questions pertaining to the plan options available, such as health/dental/vision insurance and retirement.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to explain benefits to employees.
  • Working with insurance broker, carriers regarding, savings providers on behalf of employees and the company.
  • Ensure the company is compliant and following the laws and regulations.


Required Experience:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources.
  • Experience in benefits processes and retirement planning.
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations the processing of health and retirement benefits.
  • Experience with ADP, MS Office, Novatime.
