The Opportunity
We’re looking for a confident and collaborative Marketing Coordinator who wants to start a career in marketing and work with a creative team supporting all aspects of the marketing process. In this role, you’ll be a diligent and trusted partner to your coworkers, helping organize the projects, manage campaign implementation, and provide support for the clinics. Your ideas, energy, and positivity will be key to building a productive team dynamic. This role is a great opportunity for a young marketer to broaden their scope and gain broad experience within a supportive environment.
Your Impact

• Project Management: Maintain a view of internal projects, managing timelines, and utilizing resources to keep project details organized and everyone informed
• Serve as the point of contact for all incoming marketing requests, managing priorities, and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of customer service for our internal clients.
• Manage a calendar and own the project plan for internal communications, including regular newsletters, employee appreciation days, and HR announcements. Ensure communications are executed on deadline by collecting and reviewing content from internal stakeholders, coordinating design, and managing schedules.
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist the Director of Marketing with implementing marketing campaigns by coordinating creative development, scheduling photo/video shoots, deploying assets, and maintaining an asset library.
• Customer Feedback: Monitor all points of customer feedback – reviews, website, NPS – identifying issues, proposing solutions, and celebrating the wins.
• Oversee a regular cadence of customer experience reporting to provide clinics with actionable insights to improve their patient experience.
• Clinic Marketing: Manage all clinic marketing materials, including annual ordering and inventory tracking, and help ensure clinic adherence to our signage standards.
• Creative Content: Help with creative copywriting and content creation

Who You Are

• Experience in similar roles: 1-2 years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising
• Technically savvy: Competent with basic office software and digital marketing implementation tools
• Sense of urgency : Ability to operate one step ahead to solve problems and address issues before they arise
• Driven & self-motivated: Ability to work independently & collaboratively with strong communication and organizational skills
• Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
