Jefferson - Philadelphia, PA is Hiring a Telephone Operator (day shift) Near Philadelphia, PA
Hours: 8:30-5p, Mon, - Fri, every other weekend & holiday 7a-3:30p.
- Answering incoming calls to Einstein Philadelphia, Einstein Elkins Park and Einstein Montgomery.
- Process emergencies for all 3 medical centers
- Answering incoming calls to hospital, providing patient information, overhead paging when needed, and individual beeper paging.
- Operators at the Medical Center answer calls for the Physicians Answering Service, in addition to processing and delivering messages.
- Coordinating Code Blue, Code Red, Code Yellow, Code Pink, Code Black and Trauma
- High School diploma required.
- 1 - 3 years Hospital operator or switchboard experience required.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Excellent customer service skills in a Hospital Call Center or similar high volume Call Center required
