Job Summary: The Call Center Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and empathetic individual who can handle high-volume calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and product information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- Contribute to team goals and performance metrics by meeting individual targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
