Job description:

• Take inbound calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to clients queries and concerns bilingual preferred but not mandatory.
• Triage calls appropriately to different departments within the organization
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied clients, offering assistance and support
• Other duties as needed

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience working in a call center or customer-support role
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Great active listening skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
• A patient and empathetic attitude
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Computer literacy
• Fluent Spanish

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
