Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Working closely with our Accounting Operations, new head of Procurement and with the various Business Unit leaders to establish and help us get setup to maintain a fully functioning Purchase Order system, assisting specifically with:
- Become very familiar with the Tipalti system and is applications
- Fully implementing and enhancing procedures already setup for our PO system
- Entering and updating BU forecast spend by major vendor for ROY 2024 in Tipalti
- Creating a PO for each major vendor/type of spend using Tipalti
- Support process for invoices to be matched to the PO
- Work with AP to support and enhance the weekly disbursement review process
- Review and where directed, change the chains of approval in Tipalti
- Work with the head of Procurement to support them in achieving their overall goals
- Work with the BUs to train and develop a BU level user of Tipalti
Systems:
- NetSuite
- Tipalti AP
- Tipalti Approve
- Excel (Formulas and pivots)
