Description

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for leading small to medium scale program implementations for payer, pharma or pharmacy clients. Heavy emphasis on project tracking and on-time deliverables for internal and external stakeholders

• General understanding of various product offerings and program requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the value and success of a program
• Monitor timelines of program deliverables to ensure a timely program launch
• Support various projects as needed

KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong verbal & written communication skills are essential
• Customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills required
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, demonstrating professionalism and good judgment
• Needs the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction, while also being part of an integrated team
• Must be able to manage competing demands and multiple priorities, while maintaining a strong attention to detail and exemplary follow-through
• Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to <10%

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum years of work experience: 2 years
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Technical proficiency related to PC and basic office software
• Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience
