- Manage Gmail Inbox:
- Oversee email communications and ensure timely responses
- Monitor Daily Worksheet: Track and review the daily worksheet to ensure all tasks and activities are aligned and completed
- Additional everyday tasks: Moving cars, answering calls/messages, ordering parts, servicing customers, etc
- Manage Invoicing: Follow procedures to bill jobs, including creating and managing invoices in Wave
- Maintain Job Tracker: Track on-going jobs from inception to final payment in Notion
- Add comments with the current status of the job Update fields such as Updated as of and Status
- Collaborate with office staff to create entries for new jobs
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with leadership and other team members
- Proficiency with Gmail, Wave, Notion, and other relevant software
