Seeking a professional individual that will participate in keeping our Commercial Shopping Center facilities maintained.

This position includes general maintenance items including but not limited to: pressure washing, landscaping, repair work, cleaning windows, moving furniture and fixtures, and hanging decorations.

Required Qualifications:
-Dependability
-Must have own reliable transportation to get to work.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

-Certified or willing to become certified on equipment used around the property.

- Good attitude and the ability to work both independently and with others.
-Good organizational skills with an eye for detail based on the services our company provides.
-Must have clean driving record/ minor mechanical skills and be willing to work flexible hours
-Minimum Age of 22 for insurance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour
