We are looking to bring on a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team of a newly acquired manufacturing company by one of our clients. The HRBP will support the HR function by providing a broad range of HR support and strategic advice. This role will focus on Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with the groups they support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees and managers within your business groups
• Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt personnel, students, and temporary employees
• Coordinate organizational training and development programs
• Facilitate employee recognition programs to foster a positive work environment
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive overall employee experience
• Assist in the development and implementation of personnel initiatives, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal & state regulations concerning employment
• Support internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
• Proven track record of 5 years in progressively responsible HR roles
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives
• Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms
• Currently residing within commuting distance to the Ogden, Utah area.
• Permanent US Work Authorization (US Citizenship or Green Card)
