Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant with construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have CAD experience, be proficient with computers, and have excellent telephone etiquette. This role involves managing job details, handling high volumes of paperwork, and direct communication with customers, sales representatives, and office staff. The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities:

Manage job details and paperwork efficiently.

Communicate directly with customers, sales representatives, and office staff.

Utilize CAD software for design tasks.

Maintain organization of project documents.

Learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Previous construction experience is required.

CAD experience is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent telephone skills and etiquette.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
