We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Inside Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing, ERP systems, and B2B sales. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and sales assistance.
- Utilize your manufacturing knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts using ERP and CRM systems.
- Conduct B2B sales activities, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, with a solid understanding of industry processes and terminology.
- Experience with ERP systems; CRM experience is a plus.
- Strong background in B2B sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
