Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Open and manage new retail, commercial, and OEM accounts

· Demonstrate product knowledge to provide comprehensive assistance to clients.

· Handle incoming sales calls and emails, providing prompt and knowledgeable responses.

· Respond promptly to inquiries from designers, architects, and installers, addressing their needs effectively.

· Manage diverse pre-sale efforts such as entering or editing sales quotes, handling product inquiries, price checks, stock status, lead times, freight quotes, and coordinating sales collateral (samples, tear sheets, images, forms, etc.)

· Make outbound calls to customers following sample requests to close sales or suggest alternative products.

· Troubleshoot order and shipping issues as needed

· Provide administrative support to sales representatives.

· Actively participate in sales and sales promotions by communicating opportunities to

in-house accounts

· Maintain and expand the database of prospects of the organization

· Handle cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the

related departments

· Capture of accurate and complete information, ensure proper registration of all projects in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

· Help coordinate large, complicated pre-sale projects, manage deadlines, and handle communication with team members and outside sales staff.

· Utilize proprietary design software (will be trained)

· Create sales reporting as directed

· All other duties as assigned

PREFERRED:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

· AutoCAD software or similar CAD programs

· QuickBooks knowledge/experience

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

· A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales support, customer service.

· Possess an upbeat, energetic, and can-do attitude.

· Demonstrated ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks.

· Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an outstanding phone manner.

· Excellent time management and follow-up abilities.

· Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Proactive approach to problem-solving, taking initiative to address challenges.

· Proficient computer skills, including data management, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
