This role involves managing payroll operations and utilizing various accounting software systems in a dynamic workplace. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Implement and manage payroll systems using accounting software systems like ADP - Financial Services, Ceridian, IBM AS/400, and Kronos Timekeeping System.• Administer 401k - RRSP Administration and handle other related accounting functions.• Execute Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.• Utilize 'About Time' software for efficient project management and time tracking.• Leverage ADP - Payroll system for accurate and timely payroll processing.• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries about payments.• Monitor financial transactions and prepare reports for review.• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and systems.• Perform routine audits to ensure accuracy in all financial operations.
