Protero Inc is Hiring a Manufacturing Associate Near Minneapolis, MN
Protero is a close-knit, family-operated company that values personal connections and teamwork as integral components of our work culture. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to the manufacturing of custom lawn care equipment.
Position: Manufacturing Associate
Responsibilities:
- Perform various manual labor tasks as assigned, contributing to the production of high-quality lawn care equipment.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Assist with warehouse operations, including the loading and unloading of materials.
- Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications, ensuring precision and quality in every step.
- Occasionally engage in powder coat painting processes to enhance the visual appeal of our products.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a laborer or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and a basic understanding of mechanical processes.
- Ability to read a tape measure with knowledge of fractions for accurate measurements.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
This position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. The successful candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
