We are hiring for a Business Development Engineer
Position Summary:
- Develop and maintain Strategic Business Plans.
- Develop and maintain Marketing Plans.
- Manage existing customers.
- Ensure customer expectations are clearly understood, communicated and met.
- Ensure the best business practices are applied to benefit our customers.
- Drive communication with existing customers, develop customer strategies and solve problems.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with all levels of customer management.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve service and grow revenue.
- Support preparation of proposals, meetings and other activities targeted at customer opportunities.
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- One to three years in Business Development and Sales or Equivalent Role
- Knowledge of semiconductor assembly a big plus.
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross functional teams in matrix organizations.
