How you will make an impact
- Daily Administrative and office tasks.
- Perform general accounting tasks, reconciliations and assist month-end closing, and other ad hoc projects
- Complete other related duties and assist with special projects as needed
- Support accounts payable by filing vendor invoice and disbursements and by matching & filing A/P invoices
- Daily deposits and expense reports
- Handle Accounts Receivable tasks: process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipt, and help with collection of past due balance
- Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- Adeptness in Administrative Assistance
- Strong familiarity with Bank Deposit
- Demonstrated knowledge of administrative experience
- Check Deposit experience
- Process Payments experience required
- Process Payments experience desired
- Cash Deposits experience
- Outstanding data entry skills
- Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
