Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Manager at Arcobaleno, located in Lancaster, PA. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day service operations, managing a team of service technicians, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Service Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and support to customers, and maintaining service records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background and experience with machinery or equipment maintenance
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Knowledge of food service industry and pasta machinery is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
