- Process invoices for inventory expenses.
- Support to the MRO custodian for plant operating purchases.
- Manage small vendor accounts, as assigned.
- Willingness and ability to cross train in other tasks and departments, as needed
- Minimum 2 years administrative/accounts payable experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with a variety of different departments
- Willingness to cross-train within the department
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
