We are a General Contractor looking for a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our fast-growing team! We strive to provide our clients with quality and speed while delivering an amazing end product.

To join our team, you must have a keen eye for detail, be willing to contribute in all areas, must have a flexible schedule, and have the drive to go above and beyond.

This role requires weekends and consists of Wednesday / Thursday as days off. Benefits to include : paid Holidays, PTO, and Medical / Delta (50% paid by employer).

Compensation : $60,000 annually

Responsibilities :

• Performs daily service, routine, and preventative maintenance
• Repair roof, plumbing, electrical, appliance and carpentry.
• Installs new appliances such as dishwashers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Completes Demo / trash outs as needed.
• Handling work order requests promptly and professionally to keep timelines on track.
• Assist the PM in providing client updates and daily / weekly progress photos to Buildertrend.
• Communicates with the PM regarding job performance, any obstacles faced, and offers solutions as needed.
• Purchase / Deliver material to job sites as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the PM.

Qualifications :

• Experience in residential maintenance, minimum 2 years.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, measuring devices, and work orders.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation, must pass background check as it relates to housing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. push and pull up to 100 lbs. daily, climb stairs and ladders, reach for supplies, and perform overhead painting.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and carry out both verbal and written instructions and directions.
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with subcontractors.
• Ability to engage in front-facing interactions with clients.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.
