Education/Experience Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and six (6) - ten (10) years of responsible working experience demonstrating semi-skilled work in the fields of general building and property maintenance and repair. Experience must include but not limited to carpentry, painting, masonry, refurbishing, plumbing, and HVAC. Light electrical and/or welding is a plus.
Basic Qualifications:
The primary function of the Maintenance Worker is to perform a variety of skilled work within and around a facility campus. Work involves multiple areas, including property and equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs, light HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, drywall, tiling, and other related duties. A valid Washington state driver's license and the ability to operate fork, man, and boom lifts are a must.
Knowledge of:
Maintenance Worker II must be able to be on call and work evenings and weekends, if needed. Regular attendance is essential.

Must demonstrate excellent work habits, good judgment and exemplary customer service skills. Must be able to apply, understand and carry out oral and written directions in English.

Physical Requirements:
Routinely required to lift or move twenty five (25) to one hundred (100) pounds, constantly stoop bend, crouch, and crawl; work with hands and arms raised above the head, grasp materials and equipment with both hands, and climb ladders and stairs, work in lifts up to 100 feet from the ground
