We have an exciting full time opportunity available. We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dedicated team.

The Property Manager will manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties and will be instrumental in increasing services and expanding the “Jaxtimer Property Management” brand. We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a positive attitude and an energetic personality who can proactively communicate with property owners to provide ongoing updates and recommendations. A minimum of 2 years residential property management and hands on construction experience is required. The successful candidate will be able to perform management and concierge services in a high quality manner with a sense of urgency. Clients and properties must be treated with the utmost respect and hospitality.

• Can conduct property walk-throughs, ensuring properties look their best
• Communicating with property owners on issues and concerns for repairs
• The ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Comfortable doing any task, big or small, to get the job done
• Ability to troubleshoot property issues and manage appropriate vendors or staff to resolve issues
• Perform periodic property inspections
• Coordinate concierge services
• General carpentry knowledge
