As a Technical Specialist III, your primary role is to deploy technological solutions that address business challenges effectively. You'll be tasked with devising comprehensive schedules for analyzing, implementing, and testing these technologies. Additionally, you'll handle escalations, Infra & NOC alerts, serving as a vital link between the Engineering and Service Desk teams to ensure seamless coordination and knowledge transfer.
Your responsibilities extend to drafting change request form submissions and diligently monitoring and managing the escalation board. Keeping abreast of industry best practices is essential, and you'll be expected to continually update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while driving innovation within the division to optimize efficiency and elevate service standards.
