Airswift is Hiring a Senior Human Resources Analyst Near Houston, TX
The Sr HR Analyst will be responsible for enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, staying up-to-date with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of the HR function.
- Partner with senior site/corporate leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Provide reports on KPI’s and manage HR data analysis.
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, learning and development, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
Desired Skill Set / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Experience with Human Resources reports, KPI’s. – HRIS experience.
- Proficiency in Performance Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
