This position is in the office only and will not accept consultants or work from home candidates.

This ideal candidate must be experienced with Dentrix G7 software (No exceptions) and CDT Coding and billing laws for a dental office.

This person must be experienced with filing claims, dental coding, writing narratives and filing appeals. Be able to collect with Insurance companies and enter the EOB's daily on patient accounts. A minimum of 3 years years of experience.

The candidate must have the ability to learn new technology in a fast based environment and is detailed oriented. This candidate must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM and write and spell legibly. The candidate must be flexible and be able to follow directions and multitask in a busy office with a SMILE and great disposition.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to take directives well from your team with minimal supervision. * A plus if the candidate has experience with handling patient treatment plans, scan X-rays/information into software. * Our office is open Monday- Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00 PM, Administrative work on Fridays 9am-12noon. We may adjust hours to work with the right candidate on a part time basis.

* A minimum of three to five (2-5) years experience preferred. We will call candidates who are qualified for the position and meet the criteria in the top tier of this job description. Compensation based on experience. Qualified candidates will be tested for skill level for the ability to operate Dentrix G7 and filing and entering EOB's.
