- Process full-cycle accounts payable
- Review/correct coding.
- Ensure timely review Monthly/Quarterly Reconciliation of all active vendor statements
- Prepare Monthly Accruals
- Research missing AP invoices & issues
- Provide accounts payable support and guidelines for all locations
- Create Reports
- Coordinate with all departments for timely processing of invoices.
- Ensure compliance with existing company policies and procedures.
Preferred SkillsMust be very detailed orientated, have excellent Excel skills, and prior experience with Accounts Payable Processing.
