Dan-Loc Group is Hiring a Machine Shop Lead Near Houston, TX
The CNC Team Lead/Supervisor will assist with assigning tasks to workers, reviewing specifications of various products, and finding ways to improve efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with the direction of CNC machinists and operators
- Ensure that work is completed according to expected delivery dates
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency
- Assist with developing and implementing effective processes for machine shop and manufacturing activities
- Ensure safe practices and prevent delays in production
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Place production orders from customers
- Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
Who You'll Be Will Working With:
- Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager
What is required?
- Deep knowledge and understanding of CNC Machining
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
What is preferred?
- CNC Programming experience
- Experience with Mazak and Doosan
- Proficient in Fanuc and Gcode
- Experience with CNC horizontal lathes and CNC vertical mills
