Aston Carter is Hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst Near Horsham, PA
Position Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: remote opportunity - MUST BE LOCATED IN EAST STANDARD TIMEZONEIndustry: Pharmaceutical
Qualifications - Must Have!:
- 3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud - MUST
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
- Purchase order knowledge and matching experience
- Located in Eastern Standard Time zone - MUST
- Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices, process vendor requests, and initiate payment runs
- Coordinate and process 200 invoices per week
- Checks figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding
- Collaborate with other departments to obtain timely approvals of invoices received and resolve invoice discrepancies correctly.
- Assists in month-end close process to help complete close according to schedule
- Responds promptly and appropriately to all vendor inquiries including following up with business partners on outstanding invoices
- Supports internal and external audits for the AP process (i.e., sales tax audits, annual audit)
- Conduct other special projects as requested
