We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Sous chef! Aloha spirit and a positive attitude are essential. The Sous Chef’s responsibilities encompass culinary, supervisory, safety, administrative, operation and communication skills. Across our many products, we routinely serve hundreds to several thousand guests, daily.

Your responsibilities include:

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in high-volume, banquet or catering operations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Available to work any day or evening of the week, including nights and most holidays
• Schedule, train, and manage crew
• Ensure food safety and quality of product served at every step in the process
• Conduct routine food safety and inventory controls
• Under the direction of the Executive Chef, and along with other Sous Chefs, continuously improve production processes and training of your team to provide exceptional quality
