Training Developer (Vital Records Management System, Business Analysis) (Hybrid, Harrisburg, PA)
We are currently recruiting a Training Developer for our client, a Commonwealth PA entity. The focus of this role is to provide supplemental support on the implementation of a new vital records management system including adult virtual training development, business requirements gathering, developing workflows, and providing post-implementation end-user support.
This contract position is long-term with funding approved until 6/30/2025. Further extensions are likely, and funding is approved every 12 months, 40 hours per week role. This position is mostly remote with occasional onsite office visits at our client's offices located in Harrisburg PA. The chosen candidate will need to report onsite for equipment pick-up. The preferred candidates should reside within a reasonable commute, locally in the Harrisburg, PA area.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in analysis and management of facility setup in the new records management system.
Maintain training records of external stakeholders through the client system. External stakeholders include facility administrators and personnel from hospitals, funeral homes, coroner and medical examiner's offices, nursing homes, etc.
Manage virtual and/or in-person training curricula, including review of vendor-provided training materials, training plans, procedures, and delivery to external stakeholders.
Verify client's application functionality aligns with business needs, functional design, and training documentation
Report defects in the application as encountered and escalate potential deficiencies to the onboarding team lead and provide post-deployment end-user technical support
Schedule training status meetings with the client's stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
4 years of experience with:
Business Analysis
Adult Training Development and Delivery
Microsoft Office
End User Support for Systems/Apps
Previous experience working with government agencies preferred
Previous experience providing training development and business analysis for a health and human services related system preferred
