As a brand ambassador for AlumierMD, the Certified Clinical Educator will communicate AlumierMD's core values while strengthening brand awareness through educating account partners and internal employees to support the brand's growth strategy. The responsibilities include working cohesively and collaboratively with domestic sales and education to grow the USA market and optimize educational opportunities.
The Certified Clinical Educator reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager, who will support AlumierMD USAs Sales and Education Departments.
Essential Functions of this Position
Provide clinical education to account partners and internal employees nationally to support the brands growth strategy.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to plan and implement educational success strategies to drive sales and develop a strong rapport with accounts.
Perform professional treatment demonstrations for prospective accounts.
Prepare and conduct presentations for virtual and in-person account training.
Align with the education department to deliver cohesive brand messaging, keep abreast of all regulatory updates within the sector, and ensure that brand guidelines/product claims are strictly adhered to.
Maintain consistency and adhere to the approval process to ensure quality assurance across documents and presentation material on behalf of AlumierMD.
Pursue continuous knowledge to develop further the educator skill set relevant to AlumierMD and the aesthetic industry.
Drive and support the broad adoption of AlumierMD academy across our US customer base.
Provide support for tradeshows and events to increase AlumierMD brand awareness.
Other Responsibilities
Provide secondary support to the National Education and Events lead to develop education resources.
Provide secondary support for coaching and mentoring of internal employee onboarding professional development to support the companys needs and initiatives.
Support and engage with our AlumierMD digital communities to strengthen our brands online presence and visibility.
Contribute as and where needed for the needs of the business.
Required Qualifications
Current licensed Aesthetician with 5 years of professional skincare industry experience.
Minimum 2 years of training experience with a preferred understanding of medical skincare sales.
Excellent in both verbal and written communication.
Superior in-person and virtual presentation skills with flexibility to pivot style for other learning preferences.
Team player with a positive attitude who is self-motivated, coachable, and adapts well to change.
Demonstrates a passion for education, exudes exceptional leadership, and understands the sales process to support the field sales team efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Adheres to budgets for field travel and training. Proficient in booking travel and accommodations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Owns a reliable car for transportation with a clean driving record.
Travels in the geographical East region and resides in NJ, NY, MD, or PA near major airports.
Required to travel at least 80%, including overnight and weekend travel.
