Job Title – Accounts Payable Professional
Pay Rate – $17/hour
Location:Harrisburg, PA 17111
Shift: 8am-5pm
Job Description/Duties
- Answers vendor inquiries.
- Follows up on vender credits and return merchandise.
- Prepares vendor checks and credit card payments.
- Prints accounts payable reports and maintains files.
- Prepares analysis of accounts as requested.
- Assists in monthly closings as requested.
- Assists with special projects as requested.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed.
- Basic computer skills
- QuickBooks experience ideal but not required
- At least 3 years related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
