About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Affairs to lead its financial, operational, and talent development initiatives. The CFO/VP will play a key role in shaping the financial vision of the company, ensuring its alignment across all departments, and upholding sound legal, financial, and business practices.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a graduate degree or current CPA, CMA, or CFA credentials. A proven track record of at least five years in senior-level financial/management positions, particularly in a higher education or related nonprofit setting, is required. The role demands a leader with expertise in financial management, and budgeting, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. The CFO/VP will also be tasked with talent development, fostering a high-performing finance team, and representing the company with students, faculty, staff, and guests. The position is integral to the company's growth and transformation, requiring a strategic and creative leader capable of balancing resource and funding requirements to achieve strategic goals.
