Land Project Manager Summary:
Responsible for overseeing scheduling for acquisition, entitlement and land development activity for several Lennar communities in Central California.
ResponsibilitiesPhysical Requirements:
Require the ability to work in the confined quarters of a construction trailer or office, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read building plans, climb stairs, bend stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Finger dexterity will be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Occasional air and vehicular travel and overnight stays could be required.
