About the Job:

Gladney has an amazing opportunity on our Human Resources team, handling a variety of tasks and supporting the HR Team and employees representing the agency with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator who will focus on executing Human Capital processes with great attention to detail and organization skills. Possessing strong analytical skills managing the HRIS, Learning Management System to maximize efficiency. The ideal candidate is a team player who understands the importance of confidentiality, discretion, and service. Prior experience supporting training, staffing, HRIS or benefits is desired. This is a full-time hourly position that is in office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support & coordinate the staffing & intake process, onboarding process ensuring attention to detail, state and licensure compliance is met.
  • Data management, analysis and reporting via HRIS, Learning Management System (LMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Possess a solid understanding of, perform and track E-Verify, and multi state background investigation process.
  • Support the training agenda by managing the LMS, coordinating class scheduling, understand multi-state regulatory training requirements, perform quarterly audits and ensure compliance.
  • An enthusiastic ambassador and interface for our employees located in multiple states.
  • Administer HR programs and processes with attention to detail.
  • Communicate with employees regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
  • May coordinate the medical leave process, benefits administration, payroll feeds to vendors and financial transactions.
  • Manages electronic and file document control ensuring information is secured and organized properly and security of private information in maintained.
  • Administers & coordinate employee programs that enhance the culture and environment.
  • Supports the agency audit process by ensuring employee files are in compliance with various state regulations.
  • Builds relationships and trust.
  • Other general responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources field, preferred.
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Prescient in HRIS, Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Microsoft Teams, digital media

  • Ability to prioritize work.
  • Must be detail oriented, self-directed and be a strong learner with the capacity for future growth.
