Job Summary Our company is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist/Case manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for forging and maintaining new partnerships with defense law firms, medical malpractice law firms, and adjusters. With a keen eye for opportunity, the Business Development Specialist will actively seek out and engage potential clients across various regions of the country.
As a case manager the responsibilities would involve handling all aspects of a case from the intake, schedule coordination, facilitating the communication between expert talent and legal entities/clients, Compiling and sending medical records, and doing other organizational tasks. The applicant must be able to multi-task and have excellent client communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities 
  • Identify and prioritize potential partners within the defense, medical malpractice law, and adjuster sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Utilize industry-specific tools such as board directories, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to prospect and engage with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and offerings to meet the unique needs of prospective clients.
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and visibility.
  • Generate and maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Communicating between clients and expert medical witnesses 
  • Requesting prior medical records/billing 
  • Scheduling Reviews, Testimony, or other needs of the Expert or Client 
  • Uploading and saving pertinent documents into our online file storage 
  • Communicating between departments to ensure proper billing 
  • Marketing to new clients/law firms to increase business 
  • Being extremely responsive to the client and managing all client issues
Qualifications
  • Preferably prior experience with personal injury law, medical malpractice law, workers compensation, Knowledge of IME, CME, Peer experience.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative on tasks 
  • Existing contacts, networks, and plans for networking base are an extra plus to foster even more success
 Salary is Commensurate with experience. Commission is based on drive and results, and will be reflected with salary.
