    The position we have available is responsible for HR, Workmens Comp, Paryoll and Benefits and Risk Management. This position is critical to our continued growth and success.

    JOB DUTIES INCLUDE :

    • Handle all new hire and on-boarding processes.
    • Managing the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties including but not limited to : compensation, performance management, employee relations, benefits, recruiting, employee records, data analytics, legal compliance (state and federal), policy interpretation and application.
    • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, leave, disciplinary etc.)
    • Coordinate HR projects; meeting, trainings, surveys and record minutes
    • Manage employee requests regarding HR issues and scheduling requests; conducts investigations and partners with management to resolve and address concerns.
    • Responsible for administration and communication of workers’ compensation process.
    • Responsible to prepare and process payroll.
    • Providing clerical and administrative support to management and office
    • Compiling and update employee records
    • Safety compliance tracking
    • Risk Management, Insurance and Claims Processing.

    THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS :

    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Highly Preferred
    • HR Certified Highly Preferred
    • 4 yrs. experience in HR and Payroll
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
    • Experience in recruiting and resume databases
    • Proficient in CA labor laws and leave administration, training and employee development programs, employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition.
    • Quick learner and intelligent
    • Excellent multi-tasking and project management
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong MS Office and computers skills
    • Ability to learn new software quickly
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • The desire to do the job right every time

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee

    is regularly exposed to both inside and outside work areas including; general

    offices and warehouse environment. The noise level in the work

    environment is usually moderate.

    Professional office environment. This role

    routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and cell

    phones, photocopiers and fax machines.

    This employee is regularly required to stand, to sit,

    balance, kneel and lift, move or carry up to 25 pounds.

    Must have good vision for close computer work (with or

    without the aid of eye glasses or contact lenses) and must have hand and wrist

    coordination for data entry input.

    Must be able to work a shift from 7 : 00am 5 : 00pm (Some Saturdays)

    be available as requested to handle urgent issues, meetings or special projects

    outside of those hours.
