- Must have excellent verbal and communication skills to communicate in a clear and concise manner with the media, community groups and leaders, public, patients, referral sources, and administration. Agile in identifying customer needs and strategic opportunities.
- Ability to represent the facility to a wide range of people and organizations in a positive manner.
- Must have ability to assist in the implementation of marketing programs and strategies.
- Skill sets to function in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Conversant with major Healthcare issues and trends
- Competent at developing and maintaining customer relationships within all types of accounts.
- Proficient with computer presentations, including healthcare information and financial analysis.
QualificationsTotal education, vocational training and experience: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. A minimum of three years of marketing or sales required, which must have included healthcare marketing. A combination of related education and experience may be substituted.
