Job Summary Elizabethtown Community & Technical College is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant III for the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is highly dependable and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing college surveys, tracking completion status of various reports, and generating daily/weekly data reports.
Job Duties: •Manage and coordinate college surveys, including distribution, collection, and disaggregation of survey data.
•Track completion status of various reports submitted to the office, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
•Generate and disseminate daily/weekly data reports to relevant stakeholders.
•Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
•Assist with document management, including organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files.
•Tracks department expenses runs required procurement reports and matches invoices to reports.
•Maintains spreadsheet for department budget.
•Assists with confidential materials related to academic programs and college departments.
•Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
•Maintain the accuracy and currency of data on the college website, ensuring stakeholders have access to the latest information.
•Participate as a member of the College's Institutional Effectiveness Team, assisting the team with evaluating assessment documents.
•Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma with 3-4 years of experience or equivalent (Associate degree and 2 years of experience)
Preferred Qualifications: Additional Skills Requested: •Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
•Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
