As we strive to enhance our services and reach new heights of success, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled lead landscaper to join our team.
Position: Lead Landscaper/Foreman
Location: Rhode Island & Southeastern Ma
Type: Part-time
Responsibilities:
As a Lead Landscaper, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality landscaping services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing a variety of landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, sodding, and other maintenance.
- Driving company vehicles including dump trucks, towing trailers and operating & maintaining landscaping equipment & tools.
- Working closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications.
- Ensuring that all work is completed safely and to the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping or related field required.
Valid driver's license required.
Experience driving a dump truck and towing a 16 foot trailer required.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take lead on projects.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
Strong communication skills required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

- Landscape maintenance: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
