HOURS : 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm; Monday - Friday

In this role, you will :
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Sales Department run smoothly
Handle and prioritize customer requests
Provide exceptional customer-focused service
Update and maintain computer-tracking spreadsheet for IT Implementation
Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
All you need is :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in marketing or communications in lieu of Associates
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects at once while prioritizing and remaining flexible
Strong knowledge of company operating systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, PowerPoint and Adobe
Bonus points if you’ve got :
Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task by effectively utilizing time management skills
Possess ability to work independently and in a group setting
Ability to consistently handle high volume workload
