```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation of the hotel
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a positive working relationship with staff, management, and guests

```Experience```
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or related field is required
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing, and polishing
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with custodial procedures and industrial cleaning equipment
- Proven track record in housekeeping management, including staff supervision and training
