We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. As a Hotel Houseman, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the hotel, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain common eares, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints in a professional manner
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
